Daniel Zorrilla is a painter and tattooist, recognized for his exceptional skills in Japanese-style illustration, oil painting, and custom tattoo designs. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Daniel has the honor of working with diverse communities of people with unique cultures and backgrounds, each with their own story to tell through custom body art.

Daniel’s inspiration for Japanese-style art stemmed from his time in the U.S. Military. Stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Daniel began tattooing his fellow marines and discovered a true area of expression through custom body art. Daniel joined the Sawyer Yards community in 2020, where he applies a dual focus on tattooing and other traditional forms of fine art.
